Preserving the Families Who Built Yours
I'm a wife, mom of a big, beautifully blended family, and someone who's spent most of her life behind a camera.
Long before photography became my business, I was the family member everyone teased because I always had a camera in my hand. First it was the over the shoulder camcorder in the 90s, then a digital camera, and eventually a professional one. Looking back, I'm thankful I never stopped recording the ordinary moments.
After losing some of the people I love most, those photos and videos became priceless.
That's when I realized photography isn't really about pictures.
It's about preserving the people we never want to forget.
Today I specialize in extended family and multi generational photography because those sessions tell the biggest stories. Grandparents surrounded by grandchildren. Adult siblings laughing like they never grew up. Tiny hands holding wrinkled ones. The people who built your family standing beside the ones who will carry it forward.
Those are the photographs that only become more valuable with time.
When we're together, yes, we'll capture the classic portrait everyone wants for the wall. But some of my favorite images happen in between. The laughter after the joke. Grandpa looking at Grandma. Cousins running through the grass. The hugs no one planned.
Those are the moments your grandchildren will treasure someday.
If you leave your session feeling like you spent an evening making memories instead of surviving a photoshoot, then I've done my job.
I'm so glad you're here.
